The coordinate frame UID to represent the block. Note: Not for use with perception snapshot system, purely a unique identifier.

MLMeshingExtents extents;
The extents of the bounding box.
timestamp
MLTime timestamp;
The timestamp when block was updated.

The state of the Mesh Block.
